The single shooter is a legitamite addition. It was one of Da Vincis many concepts and even though it was never made, the glider was never made either and I don't see anyone complaning about that. This games gonna kick ass and I love how the devs actually took players' complaints in account when creating this.

this game is so much more action oriented than the first. for example, instead of just eavesdropping on 2 random guys speaking at a souk u go through an entire catacomb of freestepping fun to eavesdrop on a templar meeting.

It was a ritual act. By having the middle figure removed it was symbolic of there commitment to there order in that time period. However In the second game it wasnt necessary for etzio to have it removed.

I tested this game out for Ubisoft a few months before they released it, its so much better then part 1. Great job Ubisoft keep the good games coming.

@ChillyCloth Yes but Altair had a sanctuary to stay safe and prepare: Masyaf, as well as some other assassins fortresses he visited on the way to other assassinations. Ezio was by himself only to be backed by his family. Lets just call them equals, at the time period where the game is taking place for each character.

i love this game. i just bought it 2 days ago! this game rocks.. side missions are really cool.. and collecting, buying stuff makes the game better.. it doesn't get repetitive.. well that's for me. :D you guys should all buy this game!

i love the game, you can buy pictures and place them in the villa same as you can place armour after you get altaír's armour

The cinematic's look like a damn movie, thats awesome.

It's much bigger in scope than AC2, so they guess they ran out of disc space for textures. The facial animation is a huge improvement over the original though.

Keep in mind, though, all this footage was taken from the E3 demo when there were many more months to go in development. I've seen leaked footage of the final game and trust me, it looks way better than this

To those of you complaining about how the first Assasin's Creed was boring, just take a loo at this game and you'll realize that Ubisoft actually listened to their fans, and have done everything in their power to expand the universe. Looks unbelievable and is a day 1 buy for me.

@MrDutchXD yeah, i lot of the mystery was gone. i got the feeling both desmond and altair were stuck in something much bigger then them, but 2 made it feel more like a traditional action game. still fun though.
