Porto Koufo Halkidiki Greece
Porto Koufo is a small bay in Sithonia, the middle peninsula of Halkidiki in Macedonia, 134 km from Thessaloniki. It is one of the safest bays in northern Greece, protected on all sides from weather. There are caves in the rocky parts of the coast and some of them are big enough to take a boat trip inside. Visitors will find several rooms and guesthouses for rent, taverns with fresh fish and a 1,5 km long beach with fine sand and turquoise waters.
