Consegui resolver o problema após as etapas abaixo:

1 - Desmarquei a opção de sincronização de salvamento na nuvem.
2 - Renomeie o arquivo localizado nessa pasta
C:\Program Files (x86)\Ubisoft\Ubisoft Game
para

I had the same issue literally 5 minutes ago. I added it to the exception list in my Internet Security app and it worked.

ive found the solution, edit the file using notepad, change "EnableMultiGPUOptimizations" to False & change "QualitySetting" to Low & the game will run & change "DeviceType" to DX11

6 days now....nothing happend. So bad....never seen a game broke like this in over 30 years gaming....and after 6 days there is no fix ....its a shame!

Hey i have the Same Problems.
The funny thing is... I can Launch at the Computer from my wife with my acc.
Feels so Bad.
Anyone know how to fix?

I assume it's because the Anno wasn't compatible with windows 11 & an update for windows 10 (because I used windows 10 in my cases)

I tryed maaany of solutions to fix that damn crash Problem... Nothing worked for me... 😮‍💨😮‍💨😮‍💨...
But finally i found a solution for me... 😅...
It was totally random...
I opened the Taskmanager to watch, if the damn game is still there, or not...
And suddendly it starts the Game... 😅...
So, dont know, but if i let open the task Manager it worked for me...

Ahhh, and another thing, i deleted the Savegames, and replaced it... 👍
