House looks amazing. However to buy for a rental is probably somewhat expensive and if you buy for vacations probably also somewhat expensive. It would be amazing for a permanent residence though.

Technically it has an ocean view but that was a sliver of ocean that you can see. Not much of an ocean view IMO.
