Bro, thanks for putting in the time and money to test this! I have been promoting my posts since February. It all comes down to what tags and categories you add so it can reach the proper audience. It seems that there is some kind of a standard result that you get for the money you pay. However on one of my posts (video) that I promoted I saw a dramatic difference when I tagged a club that was well known in the area and has way more page likes than me. The promotion was for 16$, it ran about 6 days and I got 62, 320 impressions and 20, 677 people that watched the video.
To summarize what should work best for promotions:
> make sure you target your audience very well (location, age, interests)
> The thumbnails should be eye catching and the caption should be interesting for your audience
> collaborations with other pages that have more likes will always be a benefit
> always try to be at 0.01$ per engagement or better yet 0.001$ by editing your target audience (age, interests, location)
> if a promotion does not seem to have a good engagement just stop it so you don't spend money on it

I feel like boosting posts is the safest option to promote your profile compared to all those other shady shitty companies doing only God knows what to your profile. I don't have much money now but I can afford to test $5 per week, hopefully that will give my profile a boost.

I did pay, but not for likes i do a lot street photography. The only thing that seems shady is that i got a lot.of likes from people from the middle east. Nothing against them if they are real, any support is welcome, but i feel like people liking my stuff were bots.

so if im not mistaken it kind of seems like you got almost a dollar per follower is lets say I was to place 10, 000 dollars how many followers would it generate. I know other factors play in but theres a lower average limit or a realistic ideal how is that process like?
