Using it for just over three weeks on my knees, noticed improvement, less pain improved ROM within a few sessions, started with 10 mins on up to 15 per day. Have a fluid swelling above/outside of right knee. Usually appears a few days into the ski season, and hangs around until just before the next season in spite of physio, icing, it has all but vanished after a few weeks of Move+, reduced by 80-90%. Followed the guidance in video, treating not just knee joint but above and below, so that would be 15 mins on knee pivot and 10 mins above, 10 mins below…
