Explanation of the each point:
Speed and agility: When the duel of Thalleous and Tygren took place we could see he was more agile and faster then Thalleous, We didnt see any of the Zulius agility feats yet.
Skill: Zulius is High Guard in the Kaltaris clan and fought in the Great War,
Combat: We could see at the quick fight between Zulius and Tygren that Zulius managed to injure Tygren pretty quickly and also combines Offense + Defense
IQ: Tygren consumed with hate and rage doesnt seem to be the smartest one in the group, he has better battle IQ though
Weapon: Tygren has the Diamond Heavy sword and Iron Sword
Powers: Tygren has the Mobiliflash and Aggrosphere
Experience: They both probably fought in the Great War but after Tygren took the Leadership of the Voltaris clan he wasnt getting that much experience beacuse of hiding at the Mount Velgrin.
Winner: It wont be easy for Zulius but we could see a little demonstration of how could the 1v1 go in the battle at Mount Velgrin ( Canon Animation )

Tygren is a lot more durable than Zulius and can take way more hits thalleous hit tygren several times and he was fine also in the beginning of sow tygren and thalleous fought and it was a fair fight between them and tygren overpowerd thalleous WITH HIS HANDS 🙌 and thalleous is way stronger than Zulius also David did if the fight didn’t end tygren would have one also why tygren struggled so much to fight Zulius is because he was not used to such a more heavier and longer sword so he had a hard time fighting Zulius who was prepared to fight also if they were to got up against each other In a 1v1 tygren would most likely win but it would be very close
