Bonjour Lartisien, I'm a big supporter from NYC who, like you both, has a passion for quality and is a stickler for details. This is why I thought I'd share a friendly heads-up: the last four videos on this channel are only 1080 and not 4k. I've checked this on various computers and all say the same. Whoever is uploading your videos needs to know this since 1080 is very poor for such beautiful footage and hardly befitting for a luxury brand. All your hard work must be seen in its full glory. Besides this point, continuez votre excellent et inspirant travail!

Great hotel - amazing video. I really loved, that you arrived before the grand opening - you should definitely do that more often. For improvement: It would be great if you not only show the high end suites but also, more modest rooms, that most guests will actually stay in like a junior suite or classic suite.

Great video. I like that you combine design, gastronomy, and guest experience. May I suggest: Four Seasons Madrid and the Ritz in Madrid by French superstar design team Gilles and Boissier. Both hotels have recently undergone extensive refurbishments.
