Find the amplitude and period of trigonometric functions

We find the amplitude amp and period of a sine sin and a cosine cos function. The amplitude is calculated by taking the absolute value abs value of the multiple in front of the function. To calculate the period, we divide the original period for sin and cos (2pi) by the multiple inside the function.
