Ryobi has met my needs for over 25 years while saving me $$$ in the process. Looking forward to seeing the new tools

Been purchasing Ryobi tools since they were blue. Still have one of the giant yellow batteries that works great in the hot glue gun, but doesn't last more than a few minutes in any of the drills or saws I have. The other two newer basic batteries I have work fine in everything and I probably have at least 20 different tools from them. I have remodeled two bathrooms, three bedrooms, tore down and built a deck and just recently built two picnic tables that fold into a bench as well as countless other projects around the house all with Ryobi tools at hand that have never let me down. Been looking at the multi-tool for quite awhile now, can't wait for Ryobi days to start.

Yes, that little cordless router is a champ. Made an outdoor bench with scrap lumber and dressed all the edges with it. It did a great job.

As a woodworker, the 23ga pin nailer is happenin'! I also have the 16 and 18ga ones. Such a pleasure to just grab them and use them as needed without compressor noise or air hose hassles. My air versions have been collecting dust

The soldering station is awesome. Heats up super fast and doesn't cool off even in high winds. I love using it on my cars...no extension cord!

The Air nailer is a beast my wife wanted some ship lap installed in the kitchen bang done in 30 minutes, did not have to drag the old pancake compressor and deal with the hose and the noise !

My favorite thing about Ryobi as a home gamer is that they HAVENT CHANGED THE BATTERIES.
I I dont use them constantly and I take care of my stuff. it drives me nuts that companies are always changing the form factors making it so I had 6 or 8 different tools all with different batteries and chargers. I have ryobi tools taht are 12-15 years old that I still use

The jump to lithium batteries several years ago, saved them from Goodwill. Now I have new life in my old tools but looking to get into 4ah and 6 aH batteries when they go on sale especially for the circular saw

I have the larger soldering station and it’s great, I have a $100 hakko that sits on my work desk and the ryobi lives in the shop. The shut off timer can be annoying but it’s probably for the best.

I still have the blue 18v tools I bought 20 years ago. They've been used hard and won't die.

thanks bear! I really love the 16 and 18ga finish nailers, really wish Ryobi will roll out more prosumer nailers (flooring, framing, roofing, what have you).

Don't forget you can run a brush tool hotter, & still work. I have a impact gun from 2013 brush, ran it to the point of smoking... Still works.

I was forced to buy their entry level combo kit 4 years ago due to my stuff being stolen. That combo kit is still going strong to this day and I've abused them and used them inappropriately many times. I have 3 batteries that are still going strong, so its hard to go buy all new stuff. I did just buy the makita 1/2in impact driver I've been super impressed with I got on clearance for 99 bucks. It has laughed at lugnuts and other big fasteners

Hi Jeff,
I just wanted to say thank You for the heads up last week on the 1/2" hammer drill at Direct Tools. Picked it up a couple days ago. Looking forward to Ryobi days need batteries and the 4ah kit I think will be perfect. I thought I had 2ah but found out that they were only 1.5 and weedeater only came with 1.3ah almost worthless. Thanks again for sharing your thoughts and videos Rodney

I'm happy with my Ryobi tools. Have 2 drills and an impact that run on batteries. They work great. Have the blue Ryobi chop saw and a belt sander. They work great too. If I can get the high power batteries and a tool with it for $100 that's a good deal.

The three eights and quarter inch ratchet I’ve been available in Australia and other countries for many years we are just now getting them

I’ve done side work for at least 20 years. I’ve used Ryobi since they first came out in the blue color. I only had 1 tool go bad. I’m waiting anxiously

I love my ryobi stuff. When we bought our first house was during ryobi days and I STOCKED up on batteries and tools. I have used the drivers and impacts in the rain, mud off roading dropped countless times and they all just keep chugging along. The only thing I've been disappointed in was the 18v leaf blower that I bought with the weedwacker

I redid a bathroom using Ryobi. I've also used Ryobi to do all my projects.
