Love watching you two working together to do this build. The times when my wife and I work together on projects is the best.

I purchased a 12'X24' Arrow Murryhill shed and will be setting it up
on a concrete slab in Tucson Arizona. Nice to see it can be done with 2 people. We will install an anchor kit due to the microburst winds we experience here on occasions. Super great video, it's going to help a lot. Keep up the good work!!

I purchased a 12 x 31 Arrow Shed and it fell down due to the high winds where I live. I had to rebuild it in wood BUT I am using the garage door and other parts. I need a detailed idea of how to make the garage work. My just always get stuck and then the rollers come off, no matter how many times I adjust it. Any Advise? BTW, this video is much better than the Arrow shed build by the company. They always seem to skip the parts where most people have problems! Great Job!

I’m torn between buying one of these and modifying it to be a workshop or just moving my existing shed and building a slab for it. After a year, how has the building been? I know Florida weather can put some structures through their paces

Soooo... I have an odd question maybe. My dad built this same shed years ago. He passed away last November. My mom is still with us, but is 80, and we are trying to get her into assisted or senior living, because she can't live completely on her own anymore. We are planning to sell the property to the neighbors next door. They do not care about this shed, because he is a builder, and has a HUGE workshop... what they need is a yard... lol. Anyway... I have been considering taking on the task of disassembling this shed and rebuilding it at my house. I can't really afford a shed, but have wanted one like this... plus... it would be neat having my Dad's tool shed, as it was certainly part of him. I know disassembling a shed like this would be a LOT of work, plus moving and rebuilding it again. Would certainly be easier to buy a new one, and have it shipped, but I don't really have the money for new... so thinking in this case, work instead of cost... lol.

So what's my point? Having built one, any recommendations on how you would disassemble if you planned to move it? What parts you would leave intact? What you would take apart first? I was thinking I would leave the ceiling supports intact, for example, doesn't seem like there would be a reason to take them apart.

It looks like they cheapened up the side panels to compensate for roll up garage door in the total cost. Arrow makes an Elite series that has thicker wall panels, but you don't get the roll up door.

I just bought one of these but it's winter now in the spring this looks like it's going to be a hard task. All by myself

Perfect, but the only thing is that washers should be used so scratching doesn't happen. Preferably rubber to keep leaking to a minimum. Also, limits rusting two reasons rain acid and metals are different metals screws going into building. Using two type metals cause problems in weather changes in long term and weaker metal will fail and in this situation the building metal fails first.

Great video!
Question: for a shed this size, did you have to get a building permit from your county?

Do you think if i sealed up and insulated one of these it would work ok for an outdoor office?

I'd add heating as well

Man, just putting this building up in ND, where the wind, seldom don’t blow…. @ the side door now, the directions seem 2 be lacking about the door, had 2 call it a day, ha….

Is it possible to put 2x4 wood on the sidings as a extra base to make it higher a bit? Wondering if the roll down door still closed/sealed properly?

Great how-to assembly vid. You two make a good team. How did the unit come delivered? On a pallet?

Could the sliding door go on the opposite side?

My neighbors dog does the exact same thing, to the point you cant even enjoy our backyard. Our dog doesnt bark at all. Basically never should have bought in a neighborhood. They also got the dog as a pup three years back.
