Let's make a high protein and high fibre bake with no protein powder.It is also a fun breakfast idea.

Recipe:
2 cup of oats
2 tbs Greek yogurt
3 eggs
3 tsb brown sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tbs vanilla extract
1 tsp baking soda or baking powder
Blend all the ingredients together top with banana and chopped red apple and bake.
