AQA Required Practical for GCSE chemistry - Use of chemical tests to identify the ions in unknown single ionic compounds

Practicals are 15% of your exam grade, this could be the difference between a grade 4 and a grade 5 or the difference between grade 7 and grade 9. There isn’t a large amount of content but there are a lot of skills that can be tested, to help you with this I’ve made videos of all the practical and written a workbook full or exam style questions.

I want to help you achieve the grades you (and I) know you are capable of; these grades are the stepping stone to your future. Even if you don't want to study science or maths further, the grades you get now will open doors in the future.

These videos have been helping me to revise for my chemistry exams, they are really useful and informative and also much less boring than using a revision guide! A little slip of the tongue!  you said add sulphuric acid to the test tube instead of sodium hydroxide.(at 3.02).  Also better to say aluminium ions, magnesium ion etc and not aluminium, magnesium etc.
