@James18746 No, a C would play with your first finger on the first fret of the second string, and the bottom string (High E/ 1st string) is open, and you play the other strings on the same fret of the top 3 strings as this chord.

Good showing of the chord, but I really wished you had explained what an 'add 9' actually was as pertaining to music theory. Without that important piece of knowledge, this video might as well be useless to someone trying to do more than play tabs.
