Getting all powers to 10 is a nightmare.

Each Universe does not spawn 24 Temples. Vlad will only send you to the ones that exist. I full clear every run -- I have even full-explored three runs. I am in NG+14, and my Gravity Well is only level 5. This is because the Gravity Well Temple did not spawn in NINE of my universe runs.

I still don't entirely understand in what way your powers become more powerful since this game withholds so much vital information from you. Some just seem like they become cheaper to use

Do I just need to run through the NG to upgrade the slow time power? Or do I need to do temples? I’m so confused as to how I can upgrade it and any help would be appreciated.
