Zwilling Henckels Pro Rocking Santoku. Smoky Mountain Knife Works. World's Largest Knife Store. What's Up? It is Wednesday! Today we are taking a tour of the world's largest knife store! The Smoky Mountain Knife Works has more than 100,000 square feet of knives. We enjoyed looking at their selection of kitchen knives and cutlery. I came home with a Zwilling Pro Rocking Santoku knife. We are also doing a cut test to see how this knife performs. Happy Wednesday!

Funny in bed bath they had this knifes in display but when i want to buy them they give me a box with different knifes it didnt have the same writing on the blade and the guy say no they are they same font worry i say no thank you and left

As a chef watching you cut that tomato from the top gave me a heart attack . Please be careful . I love this knife for cutting up my herbs and parsley . Very comfortable, I do have to say they design these for men .

My late aunt lived in Germany, and everytime she visit she would drop us german chocolate and knives. Back then they were 20 dollars. It's just reminded me of her, for me when I hear "german knives".

Zwilling has a much lighter version of that rocking Santorum with hollow points. I've had both almost 2 years

The challenge in this video, besides keeping Amy from spending $100+ in there was the photography. Amy's phone has been the primary camera (or only camera) so far on this trip. But it was dead. Too busy watching YouTube and not charging it? So we broke out our Canon 70D and took stills. The lighting was fairly dim in the store, at least as photography goes. It's no Target or Walmart. So I think I set the camera on aperture priority so the flash wouldn't fire and ruin all the pictures. About half blurred due to camera shake (no tripod on me). If I had tried to take video in there, I'm not sure how it would have turned out. The store was amazing, and I wouldn't mind going back and buying a sword. Those are some beautiful knives in there.

We were at this store 2 summers ago. My husband got a huge knife for Brisket. I think it’s a 12 or 13 inch knife. I can’t look now because it is locked away for Passover but I will check and post after Passover ends.

Zwilling Pro line, good stuff. I have the non rocking version and been using it for 6+ years, still very sharp.
