What is ActiveX Seating Material?

Ford has been using a seating material called ActiveX in it's vehicle for the last couple of years. It looks like leather, feels like leather, but is it? What is it really? Find out here!

FORD uses no animal or organic products in ACTIVE X its manufacture, instead pressing recycled plastic bottles into duty. It's plastic seating material that is much cheaper for FORD to use instead of leather and cheapens the brand where ever it is used. LARIAT trim should never have it, it is more acceptable in lesser trim levels.

lol seems its cheaper than leather so Ford adopts this cheaply made material to save money and charge customers for the price of real leather lol
