Whats the common consensus for touring bike for stem installation ? Reverse with angle pointing down or like in mountain bike?

I often wonder, could it be more comfortable to ride long distances over many days on an upright bicycle, the kind mostly used in Netherlands for daily ride ? Those bicycles are heavy though. But I think lighter versions can be made. The mamachari bicycles of Japan are comfortable too.

Hi, at my age, I have come to think that chasing after Strava records is no longer exciting nor doable . I have been thinking of touring for some time now. THis bike seem to be ready with everything. I don't have to go look for racks to fit into my Giant Anyroad. This one comes with everything. But I have a few questions:- 1. With only one front crank, is it enough to climb steep hills fully laden with panniers? What's the biggest chainring at the rear cassette? 2. In this video, I see that the bike does not have fenders. Can we fix fenders in front and back? 3. What is the price, in US dollars? When is it coming to Malaysia? Do you have sale of the frame and racks only? Whereby, I want to put-in the Shimano Deore where they have 3 crankset in the front. More uphill power, I think. Thank you.

Price never mentioned, so probably safe to assume it's well outside my price range.

A year and a half old and it's still just a non-suspended, ball-buster with crappy tack on racks, no lights, no fenders, no dynamo hub, no internal gearing. It's an expensive kids bike and not much more.
