One more tip: I had to reset my network settings and restart the phone for apple intelligence to download and start working. Before this step, I was getting "connect to wifi to download Siri" error.

Does this for sure work on Chinese iPad Pros and iPhone 15 Pro Max? I tried these steps and it seems that actual Chinese devices used in China are out of luck. I am more than happy to hear different though!
