I just brought one - I figured the hose would pull out easily ! You are pulling the hose out against an under driven electrical motor, so their is an insane amount of resistance, my wife won’t be able to use it .
It needed a one way sprag race in the drive mechanism so you can pull the hose out with no resistance, as the sprag race will over run
While retracting the sprag engages using the electrical motor .
Great idea but poor design

And how much is it ?

Dont very hard to pull out, harder than a spring loaded hose hose kinks easily . Wasted my money
