i’m so glad that u mentioned eating meat. that has been on my mind weighing me down a lot recently. i’m a recovering anorexic and even though i want to eat now, it’s really hard to overcome food aversion and gain an appetite. recently i’ve discovered that part of the reason i have so much trouble finding my appetite is because i genuinely love pigs and cows, and subconsciously it’s a lot easier for me to build an appetite for vegetables than animals. i think bodily nourishment is spiritual nourishment, and i’m really glad that u brought it up. thank u
