Do you have (or know) a server that would host the kz_comp map? I've tried to record my flawless runs on that map a bunch of time on my own offline server but due to a bug that causes offline server POV demos to play with 10 fps max, I can not. Also it would be better to practice jumps on an actual server that doesn't suck balls with low tickrate, also since you seem to have that nice plugin that shows key presses it would help the learning process a ton when you can actually see what you're doing wrong.

how do you "launch" your self off the ladder? do u press jump? or just look backward?

I did it buy going up right side edge of ladder and strafeing right and flying next to the wall, so I don't hit the lamp.

Instructions aren't really clear, I'm not strafing just falling off the ladder.. there's no explanation to the part where you fly off..
