My New Sony A6400 Camera and BC Rich Jr. V Guitar | THRASH METAL!!!

Came up with a little bit of thrash metal on my beloved BC Rich Jr. V Deluxe that I've missed so much! The unboxing of this guitar and my new Sony A6400 mirrorless camera will be up soon, but here's something that I was playing around with until editing for those videos is complete. One of my most favorite guitars I've ever owned was a B.C. Rich Ironbird. I think they are top tier. Nice choice.

Oh yes, I've been wanting to pick up another one of these NJ Vs for a while. This reminded me to get to buying one. 🤘🤘

If you have the time, you should consider mabye hooking a SM57 to the amp and plugging it into the mic input in the camera. Or something like that.

Is there any special way your re treating your wrists, maybe some special exercises or suplements.beacuse after i forced my wrists by playing guitar and exercising i m struggling with pain.after few months it got better but now it seems that it is slowly getting back to worse.
of course i m trying diffrent things and my workouts are no more that intensive also i bought wrist wraps and push up bars but i think using them for a long term can make my wrists weaker.
