Biden invites top congressional leaders to debt ceiling meeting

Ok first thing is to cut out all the Covid spending. The emergency is over; Biden said so.
If people have not adapted after 3 years they are SOL. Second don't cut SSI or Medicare; doing so would be almost as bad as a federal debt default.
