I know everyone is considered innocent until proven guilty, however In my opinion he should take a plea deal…if he pleads not guilty which he just did, and is found guilty, then the death penalty is on the table. This case is so unbelievably solid, there is zero chance he will be a acquitted….very possible they would place him on death row.

He is playing the wrong card. usually when you don't answer its because they don't have jurisdiction on you and you don't wish to contract with them by answering (Giving them jurisdiction over you for a victimless crime). But this is a legitimate crime and there are victims. They have jurisdiction and not answering does nothing for him.

That boy needs a real Lawer and not a public defender. A judge can not practice law from the bench. believe it or not when a judge does that it is the judge making a judicial decision and stating that he is in fact NOT guilty. This case can be dismissed because the judge has found him not guilty on record.

A judge can not do that. For a judge to issue a plea of not guilty for a suspect mean he also thinks that the defendant is innocent.
