Where marks and burnt on food residue are on your ceramic / induction hob top, it is best to use a scraper and hob cleaner to assist.

Hold the scraper at a 45' angle and ensure you do not 'jab' the glass. Use a hob cleaner afterwards with a clean and dry cloth to make your hob shine.
