If you create a Custom GPT application, does OpenAI (Store?) allow you to host it for others to try? Can you host it somewhere else if they reject it? With your cost being that it goes towards your 40 messages/3hour limit?

Or do custom GPTs use API pricing? So that the more popular it gets, the more it costs you?

And how would the pricing be different between an application that requires a yes/no API call.. versus a prompt requiring ChatGPT4-Vision to analyze an image?

I'm wondering if I need to have a $20 subscription AND also pay for API "Secret Key" access?
