Why is nobody talking about the video itself!!?? It has such powerful meaning.
At first you pore your heart out to the wrong person who is constantly distracted/ignoring you. And not loving you like you should be loved.
Then when you least expect it you find the one who actually connects and picks up where the others (exes) "dropped the ball".
