My parents got my name from the kjv Bible,
in 1949 as a female spice!
and I do know God name me,
because my parents didn't have a name for me and she was five months pregnant with me back then they didn't know if I would be a Boy or Girl, whe mom seen the name Saffron as a female spice!
he told her I would be a Girl and the name would be Saffron! and that's what they named me and everyone in my Family loved My name. I had two Boys and lost them I never had anymore children I have a first Cusin who named her Daughter after me Saffron!

Yes I believe names are important my parents Said God name me.
Mother was five months pregnant with me Mother was craving a unique name for me she was a Sunday School teacher
she was studying her Sunday School lesson on Saturday evening and the lesson took her to Song of Solomon Chapter 4 verse 14 where Jesus planted a Healthy Garden for his people he planted healthy foods like vegetables
fruits and spices his favorite spices were Saffron and Cinnamon.
whe mom read Saffron she knew that's what God Wanted me Tobe named,
when she told my Dad I was going to be a Girl and the name Saffron!
my Dad said you are delighting the lord by naming her Saffron I was born in 1949 sept, 5th
I will be 74 years of age tomorrow!
I Can truly say God has blessed me with my name being Saffron!
I've never prayed a prayer that he hasn't answered,
I believe names are important and
I believe God named me.
Because they were no one in my Family with that name,
Mom had never heard the name until she read her Sunday school lesson Saffron is a female spice! I love my name I'm delighted to be name one of Jesus's favorite spices,
that he grew in his garden when he walked upon this earth!
I wouldn't change my name for any other name!
I got the right name! and I'm proud of it!
