I really get the power of authenticity now. Having been on both sides of the spectrum. Authenticity has a high frequency / it's actually self-acceptance / which is self-love and self compassion. Love to the self. Allowing our inner child to play and embracing ourselves, warts and all / seeing ourselves as perfect now. Authenticity is so magentic because it's honesty. And your unique beacon is much stronger and easier to find, a more direct signal. So manifestations can find you easier, faster etc.

One of the most challenging learning experiences I deal with is dealing with angry Church based Christians. God has led me to know that it's not my role to drag them through an awakening or make them believe the deeper truths that I've experienced through daily prayer and meditation. The Holy Spirit taught me a lot through that and now it brings me peace.

If the thoughts are still predominantly in the ego one will have a difficult time determining what is heart coherence and what is ego. They will be thinking their feelings are the heart speaking authenticity but the feelings are just mirroring back their egoic thought. So one must identify all impure thoughts as that of the ego and the reason they feel contracting feelings. Otherwise that person will say I authentically feel this way because my heart feels this way and then continue to allow the ego to run the show. (Either victim or bully - "I am always rejected, no one likes me, everyone else is the problem, I have a problem"). You are a perfect Divine Being the heart knows this, if it doesn't it is still shedding the ego, are job is to shine the light of awareness on this until the ego is transmuted. I never understand how acting not hurt when someone intentionally hurts me is being authentic. It happens again and again and I'm told it's my fault i feel hurt when hurt is how i genuinely feel. Expressing the pain instead of pretending i don't care and that i am above being hurt and an indifferent feels like the lie. When i have been authentic with others i have been horribly horribly rejected and misjudged for it. Authenticity is not always rewarded.

Aaron - perfect timing in this. I am requesting to speak to the men of the 2 church boards about some historical issues that need to be addressed to save the future of the church. Originally I was surrendered to if I’m on the board then I can help make the changes and if I’m not then they don’t need me. When they announced the board and I wasn’t in it I felt freed of the responsibility. But then after struggling with it all night long, I realized there are things they need to know because they don’t know. So I’m choosing to speak the truth, which is also my truth to both boards, to hopefully get the church away from its broken foundation. This was a great reminder to do a heart check and I do think I am detached from emotions in this and whatever happens, happens. Thank you!! Excellent timing.
Also I can see your church background in this video, not meaning scriptures. It was interesting to catch that.
