I’ve watched most of your YouTube videos, I also practice with myself although I’m not quite good in speaking English bc the country where I come from ‘Nigeria🇳🇬’ we always speak pidgin
I don’t know how to express myself right now you don’t know how happy I am now

I should say this, i guess😊social media helped me know more about my mental illness anorexia nervosa, I even got help and support and yeah, I'm over the worst of it, I'm on the mend, not gonna lie, I'm not completely recovered but I'm almost there☺ if I didn't share my story I wouldn't get the help I need . Thank you social media for existing 😄😄and saving my life from this fatal illness.
