Butternut squash is so underrated. Last week for culinary school (plant based) one of the dishes I made was a curried butternut squash soup. So good.

This is AMAZING! I have already made it twice! My one and three year old also love it. The cashew sauce is a must, so good! I love your recipes and seriously…doesn’t get much easier than this! Please keep the dump and bales coming!!

You should wash the rice prior cooking to remove arsenic levels in the rice.
