October 22 Environmental Justice Training Session II - Climate Justice

Learn about climate health disparities and solutions in the second session of the faith-based environmental justice training program. Rebecca Rehr, Director of the Climate for Health Program for ecoAmerica, speaks about Climate Justice. Her talk covers two main areas: 1) environmental and health disparities, including exacerbation of these disparities by covid-19 and by climate change, and 2) climate solutions based on equity and justice.

Reverend Ellen Hurwitz, Priest Associate with the Church of the Transfiguration opens the session with a prayer. Nina Beth Cardin, the Director and Co-founder of the Maryland Campaign for Environmental Human Rights moderates the Q&A with the speaker.
