Any idea why my WD30NMW (the model in this video), keeps beeping and the heads keep moving on and off on the side but they never go onto the drive to read?

실수가 좀 있었지만 이렇게 하고 나서 초기화 안됨 이라고 나오고 초기화 할수 없으면 헤드 손상 된건가요?
