Does this increase overall refresh speed or the stability? I have a great project to test this on in a dataflow, very curious to see if it speeds up anything.

Why would this "fix" the refresh from failing? If it's doing what you are saying it is doing it should just save a few minutes from your refresh. So I was following up until that point but the video lost its credibility at that "proof" that it works.
