It looks to me like they took the best parts of Dr.Fate and Firestorm, made them better and gave them to Starfire. I'm willing to bet she's gonna be A tier right off the bat.

My lovely lady Starfire is here and I'm not disappointed. She looks incredibly beautiful & sexy, a bit similar to Jennifer Lopez but I love J.Lo!! I'm sure, Starfire will be a very popular fighter, she's got so many cool tools. This game needs more awesome females. Now I hope they will add Enchantress or Huntress or Raven

Gleez, we are also getting more premium skins in August too. I'm not sure how to feel since I know most of those moves will be abilities. I know McWeezy loves her with all his heart though lol.
