Dan O's is a funny and Jolly good cook with his own seasoning featured in this recipe.

*Ingredients:*

- Chicken Breast
- BBQ Flavored Pringles
- Dan O's Original Seasoning (Yum Yum Git Ya Sum)
- Flour
- Egg Wash
- Oil

*Cooking Instructions*

Fork your chicken to tenderize and infuse seasonings in. Rub in your *Dan O's Original Seasoning* all over the chicken. You can optionally let it rest in fridge for 30 min to marinate.

Break up your *BBQ Pringles* on a baking sheet. Dredge your chicken in the egg wash, flour, and Pringles. Deep fry the chicken (pre-heat oil for 5 minutes) at 350-375° (F) for 12-15 minutes.

My issue with deep frying is finding good users for the oil afterwards and having to store it. Pan frying does the trick for me with less oil
