This is similar to my go to. Greatsword or Mace with these spells. Has worked great. I think the fun comes from having the skeletons take some of the agro and blood rage boosting ya all. I also prefer the gem that gives you two bolts at once. Haven't picked one up in 1.0 yet thou.

First of all, love your videos!! Thanks for all the fun content! I love a full unholy build, with ward of the damned / corrupted skull + death knight + army of the dead. Ward of the damned works wonders against bosses with a large number of rapid fire projectile attacks, like the spider queen for example. You get some 3 or 4 skeletons minimum from that ability. Unholu dash can be a bonus, or illusion dash can be used for it's amazing utility. I used jewels that increase the damage and duration of the death knight. Combine this with the unholy passives, you get a very strong boss melting build. It's very high damage output, as I built pendant of the warlock and such.

Been running with a very similar build but with Bone explosion instead corrupted skull, the aoe circle is pretty big and and also applies condemn so its great when the enemies get close together cause I turn them all into skeletons and I got this jewel that makes it explode twice so does crazy dmg, also using a bow so the skeletons draws the aggro from me while im usually safe shooting and casting bone explosion and always making more skeletons. Pretty fun necro archer

I found a T3 jewel for corrupted skull that makes it throw 2 projectiles instead of one which summons 2 skeletons

As a near maxed player ik that fine tuning will make a summoning build truely better. Cooldown and spell crit with gear leaning towards sheer spell power and cooldown. Pair that with scholar and your solid. I wish army of the dead lasted longer then 8 seconds to really pop off and swarm better. And i wish that you could boost their damage with special gear thats focused on summon damage

The condemn dash is honestly really good, after a dash your first hit will heal 5%, condemn and summon a skele. I would suggest it for your build

Decent build, condemn always works well with physical attack builds and you can never go wrong with skeletons. I would suggest you only use the 2 piece Ranger and pair with either 2 Marauder for health and attack speed or Shadewalker for crit and movement speed (my preference). No point to 4 piece ranger for only .8 extra physical dmg. Looking forward to the next build.

This build with the Legendary Scythe that also pops out skeletons and can boost power for sacrificing skeletons, seems like another path if axes aren’t your thing. Or the legendary axes that boost the more fury side of things.

Minion summoning opportunities get way better when you get deeper into the game with improved gear effects, you can start fights we a large army of minions

I myself use veil of bones to heal my skeletons and apply condemn to other targets.

This game kind of reminds me of Vampire the Masquerade Bloodhunt but as a moba.
