may be in the windows list just add a right click --> reset and set the windows in center of the screen

I've lost the DRAWING SCALE TOOLBOX. It won't show. If you turn it on/off in settings>Toolbox a gray box will blip in the Upper LH corner, not long enough to screen grab or select. It does Not appear in the Windows list now that it disappeared but it used to. I've tried everything. Anyone have any ideas?

Using Microstation is such a poor experience

sometime happens also that masks are out of monitor's top edge there's no other way than this trick to return them visible.
This behaviour is present since ages, now is 2022, I do wonder why it is not automatic, too bad

This is such a poorly made program, the UI is awful in Microstation. What a convoluted way to recover a toolbox!! Why not just have the option to dock the box somewhere.
