I own one and I love it. Day or night. I usually hunt pests within 100m, but this unit will spot objects a long way off. I haven't tried the LH15, but I use the focus ring a lot and the LH19 has a slightly bigger lens so I was happy to pay the extra for that. At night I couple it with a NV scope so I can better ID the target if it's not moving around. Eg cat vs rabbit in the long grass. Game changer for hunting. Ready to use time is roughly 6-7 secs for me, so not sure how yours in 30 secs. After that time I can move and the image updates. Battery life is fine for me - I don't have a number, but maybe 6 hrs when using standby between views which is recommended to shut the light off. Maybe that will be an issue some years in the future. I never use the zoom as it adds no value for me - the image doesn't get any clearer. Pay attention to the field of view if you're new to these units. Get the right FOV for your intended use.

How does it compare to the Thunder TE19c? Which one would you choose as a spotting scope. They are both exactly the same price for us.

If the battery dies, can it be replaced ? Any idea of cost to replace the battery if it’s possible ?

I use an LH19 since 10 month, but now the display seems to be covered with dust or fog. Objects can be seen through this dust or fog over the display, but less accurate - can anyone help me with this issue?
