This is a big weekend for Team FLOW. Two of our athletes will be participating in Ironman Copenhagen on Sunday.
This is a full ironman course... that's 3.8KM swim, followed by 180KM bike and finally 42.2KM run. Certainly no easy feat!
Neither Mike nor Rob are strangers to this scene.
Whereas Rob recently completed the 70.3 Ironman in Lanzarote earlier this year, this one will be his first full distance Ironman since 2019.
Mike's last full distance Ironman was also in 2019. He has been in recovery from injury since, and this weekend is his comeback event.
There's been a lot of preparation, there is currently a lot of excitement and some nervous energy.
