💯 Your very first hire as a real estate agent should be a Transaction Coordinator

If you ever want to have a true real estate BUSINESS, then you need to start acting like a business owner.

Which means that you need to look for ways to hire people to do some of the work that doesn’t require you to personally do it.

The easiest place to start is with a TC, a transaction Coordinator. They’ll handle all the administrative paperwork, data input, document signatures, and more.

And if you hire a *licensed* TC, they can even create addenda and contract forms for you, like for a price reduction or changing the terms on an addenda in the middle of a deal.

A great TC already knows how to do it, and they’re better than you at it.

More importantly, they’ll free up more of your time and mental energy as a Realtor to do actual money making activities like client outreach, record and post content, and other marketing activities.
