For the people who want to learn this dance:
- Watch the first 10secs on 0.5x
- dance along the first 10secs on 0.5x ( while looking at the video )
- study the moves carefully, watch them again
- practise without music ( with the video
- practise with music ( with the video )
( repeat until you know all the steps )
- practise it on 0.5x ( without looking at the video )
* if you have a mirror, look in the mirror, make sure you don’t look awkward while dancing*
- now try it on 0.75x
- become confident with all the steps at 0.57x
- after you are confident with the steps work on your facial expressions, precise hand movements, lip-sync the lyrics to not look awkward
- memorise it well, keep practising
- once you don’t look awkward and you are confident do it at the normal speed ( while looking at the video )
- then practise without looking at the video
- repeat with the whole video
the key is to study the movements well, and not under dance or over the dance

Tip - before learning a dance keep watching the mirrored video in your spare time and listen to it a lot, so that you will learn the lyrics easily and the dance will be easier to learn if you keep watching it, you will know the most of the movements and you will just have to clear your dance if you watch the dance video a lot.

Also, don’t forget to warm up before you dance. For ex - jog in the spot, stretch your arms, legs, neck ( there are a lot of videos of stretching on yt so I would recommend following them )
Disclaimer: if you don’t stretch before and after dance practise ( I stretch after dancing too, to loosen up my muscles ) you will get muscle pain or can cause injuries, therefore it is important to stretch so that you are more flexible and warmed up for dancing.

I just learned half of the dance, and i just realised the fastest part is the chorus, and also the kitty part (i dont know how to describe it) the body roll is hard as frick and yeah

This is my second itzy dance n im not so experienced with dance hehe but they make it look so easy....I learnt till 1 minute perfecting the details and i felt already low on energy then so im taking it slow haha
