Iron Man’s latest — questionably — heroic act is financially supporting Armie Hammer over the past year.

A source close to the disgraced “Call Me by Your Name” star told Vanity Fair that Robert Downey Jr. quietly paid for Hammer’s six-month stay at Florida rehab facility The Guest House following shocking allegations of emotional abuse, manipulation and rape.

A recovering addict himself, the “Avengers” star, 57, reportedly also came through for Hammer, 35, his estranged wife, Elizabeth Chambers, and their kids last week by allowing them to stay at his house while the “Death on the Nile” star escapes media scrutiny after it was reported that he was working on the Cayman Islands as a timeshare salesman.
