10g mixture of Al (45µm) + KClO4 Ratio 1:1.9 (stoichiometric)
Chemical equation: 8 Al + 3 KClO4 = 3 KCl + 4 Al2O3

use 70% KCl4 then 30% al, works better

dang it is slow are you using german dark, or if u want super fast you can use potassium pesulfate and magnesium or magnalium. keep in mind if the magnesium gets exposed to humidity it can combust so just make sure when u make it get rid of it fast!
