love this! I used to do a croissant shaped 19km run around Paris (highly recommend if you have the time!) ticking off all the main sights... Would love to see one of these in London + Berlin! Also I've read Vienna is one of the best cities for running so would be keen to see one of these tourist runs there too...

I was in Paris that weekend, and I think was at the Louvre that day too. I was supposed to be running the Paris Marathon but had an injury so went to watch it too. Amazing place!

I did a running tour around Rome with a tour guide to tell me all the history while viewing all the sights. Amazing

I live near Washington, DC but I don't often end up going downtown. I worked a half day event in the city and was at the point in a marathon training plan where I had a half marathon scheduled so I just made myself a 13.1 mile route through monuments and government buildings of DC sites, plus a brief jaunt to the campus of GWU for some university nostalgia. Of course I had to run along the Reflecting Pool for maximum Captain America vibes.

I enjoyed running Vienna, the central island was that good I ran past the bridge so extended my run by 4 miles

Hello TRC, I’m hoping you can help me if you can please. I am looking to purchase a book on running, I know you have done a few videos that have mention one or two books but do you have any favourites in mind that are worth a read? I am not the biggest of book lovers but something that has advise and tips of life experiences would be great.
