Greek food is honestly some of the best food you'll ever eat and the Greek capital has an incredible variety of different spots for you to try out. We spent a week in Athens eating all the delicious food it has to offer and we thought we'd share our top 10 restaurants in Athens that we enjoyed the most during our stay here. From mouthwatering Greek meats, to-die-for gyros, and pitas, to comforting taverna classic and delectable Greek desserts, the Greek capital has something for everyone to enjoy!

I stayed in Athens for almost 10 days in the central area of Monasteraki. I really enjoyed authentic Greek foods in vintage restaurants in Plaka and most especially in the central market of Athens which is frequented by the locals with very reasonable price
