I love Trisha's version of this; it's like her heart breaks every time she has sung this song in the past 30 years or whatever it's been.

Then...Babyface is that same character--it's told from Omnipresent third person, but every single inflection is a character of knowledge and wisdom. She has one line in the song--"Baby, you won't get far."

I hate it's relevant today, but man, do I love to have my heart broken every time I listen to this.
