POMODORI SCATTARISCIATI - RECIPE
Prep Time: 5 mins
Cook Time: 40 mins
Complexity: Easy
Ingredients (4 people):
20 small tomatoes
2 onions
A handful of capers
Extra-virgin olive oil
1 glass of red wine
Oregano
Salt and Pepper
Procedure:
1) Pour some oil in a pan;
2) Gently fry some onions in the pan;
3) Put the tomatoes in the pan, add the capers, some salt and stir quite regularly for the next 20 minutes;
4) Pour the red wine, add the oregano (and the chili, if you wish...) and keep regularly stirring;
5) ENJOY!
