Shoutout to all of the firefighters everywhere - they truly are heros just by signing up for the job. NO one else's job requires someone to put their life on the line tonsafe someone else. Everybody needs to remember to appreciate these guys everyday. They deserve SO much recognition.
I just saw this movie today and was bawling. It was so heartbreaking. So many of them had young children - all of them had wives. Bless their souls, and bless all firefighters souls <3 RIP to this amazing and heroic group of 19 men. (And to everyone else who lost their lives saving someone else).

mild SPOILER ALERT ahead, and if you haven't seen the movie yet or are unfamiliar with the story of these men and women, what the are you doing on Youtube, get off and go see it before you spoil it for yourself.

I went into the movie knowing nothing but what I learned from this trailer. heart. Whole time I was thinking, ok who dies. It's gotta be Mac, and maybe Marsh and a couple others. I was thinking towards the end of the Yarnell Hill fire that maybe a few would perish when they had to deploy their protective bags, but I was not prepared for what truly happened. My wife and mother-in-law and I were shocked. So many people were crying. What sucks is that so many lives are lost in many different tragic ways every day, but the ones we remember the most are the HEROES that sacrifice so much to not just earn a living, but to protect the lives and property of so many people. God bless our freaking amazing emergency responders, AS WELL AS our military troops, police, regular firefighters, paramedics, social and suicide-prevention volunteers, and others, you all are loved and greatly appreciated.
